Maintenance/Reoccurring Cleaning (after the initial cleaning)

We organize small cluttered areas while we clean. (medium to large volume of areas covered with clothes, books, etc. extra charges will apply)

General (DRY ROOM) -   (Living/Dining Rooms & Walkways/Hallways/Offices/Other)

·       Dust, polish all furniture, sweep floors

·       Vacuum carpets, vacuum floors is required

·       Mop hardwood & tile floors

·       Clean windows/sills (inside) maximum of 8 windows cleaned per job

·       Door knobs, dust air vents, empty waste baskets & bagged

·       clean all glass surfaces/mirrors/picture frames

·       Dust and clean  baseboards, book cases

·       Wipe phones with disinfectant and other frequently used items

·       Clean and dust corners & edges, clean light switches

·       Window panels cleaned and wiped thoroughly

·       Spot clean walls

Kitchen (WET ROOM)

·       Clean the stove top exterior, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and all other appliances

·       Thorough cleaning of ALL exterior surfaces such as the cabinets, closets

·       Disinfect and clean counter tops, garbage container

·       Hand wash small amount of dishes

·       Mop floors

·       Spot clean walls

·       Windows interior and sills

Bathrooms (WET ROOM)

·       Disinfect all areas including sinks,  toilets, showers, bathtubs, stand in showers, tile  walls

·       Clean mirrors, clean light switch

·       Clean, polish and shine all wood/chrome surfaces

·       Clean and shine all metal items such as faucets and handles

·       Shine all exterior surfaces

·       Scrub floor if needed

·       Spot clean walls

·       Windows interior and sills

Bedrooms (DRY ROOM)

·       Strip beds and remake with fresh linens (1 bed)

·       Mop floors, dust & polish furniture, vacuum if needed

·       Spot clean walls

·       Windows interior and sills

Windows/Frames/Mirrors (Standard size)

·       Windows: Standard apartment windows in all rooms cleaned inside not exceeding 8 windows per job (larger windows extra charges will apply)

·       Frames: all dusted & wiped if needed

·       Mirrors: all dusted & wiped if needed

INTERIOR CLEANING OF ALL APPLIANCES, CLOSETS, CABINETS AT NO EXTRA CHARGE (DRY AND WET AREAS)

INTERIOR CLEANING---> interior cleaning of fridge, oven, microwave , dishwasher, etc.:

Residential/Home Cleaning Level Tiers (L1 to L5)

   L1 - Light Cleaning – The light cleaning rate applies only to spaces which have been maintained by regular housekeeping and has 1 layer of dirt build up.

    L2 - Medium Cleaning - The medium cleaning rate applies only to spaces which have been maintained every couple of weeks or at least once per month and has 2 layers of dirt build up.

L3- Deep Cleaning - The deep cleaning rate applies only to spaces which have NOT been maintained by regular housekeeping and has 3-4 layers of dirt build up.

 L4 - Heavy Cleaning – The heavy cleaning rate applies to spaces which have NOT been cleaned in months and has 4-6 layers of dirt build up.

L5 – Heavy duty – The heavy duty cleaning rate applies to areas that have massive amounts of dirt and have not been cleaned in years.
